Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 25
- No pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- No climbing on the roof.
- Excessive mud, dirt, bodily fluids will result in a $90 cleaning fee. We understand that messes happen, just please treat our trailer with respect.
- No pets allowed.
- No vaping or smoking.
- Please empty the waste tanks if you’re towing the trailer yourself. A $50 fee is added if you don’t empty the waste tanks. If we deliver the trailer, we take care of emptying the tanks.

- The cleaning and propane refill are divided into materials and labor.
