- We strive to keep the rules simple: We just would like to have people treat our camper as if it were their own, and leave it the way you found it.
- All festivals must be approved
- The camper must be returned the way you got it, cleaned inside and out with the tanks empty and a full propane tank. If not returned that way there can be a charge taken from the deposit.
- Dogs are welcome with approval - as long as they are potty trained, are crated when left alone in the camper and overall well behaved. We also prefer that they do not sleep in the beds.
- Absolutely NO SMOKING inside the camper, this includes vaping, cigarettes, cigars or illegal substances. If found that this has been violated the entire deposit is forfeited.

This RV trailer was perfect for our Father’s Day camping trip. This was our first time renting and rv and we loved it, the whole process was so easy. Opal has everything , I mean everything you could possibly need in this rv for your trip. She answered any questions we had quickly, the first night we slept ok as we had to get use to sleeping in an rv.
Opal was great to work with. The camper had everything we need to have a great weekend. Definitely would rent again.
