- Minimum renter age of 25 not allowed
- No pets allowed not allowed
- No smoking allowed
- 1.Dump Fee is $150 if RV needs to dumped upon return. Most campgrounds/parks have a free dump station. We highly advise that you dump the RV before leaving. Thank you!

- We realize things sometimes happen! Let us know if there is damage or other incident's that happened ahead of return and take pictures! Thank you.
- *See "CLEANING FEE": There will be an additional $250 cleaning fee if the RV is is returned covered in dirt, soot, trash, food, wine stains, etc, and the RV is not cleaned prior to returning it.
