Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 25
- Pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- RV is expected to come back in the same CLEAN condition it left in: cleaning supplies under the bathroom sink; broom and dust pan in the main storage. $150 fee if returned dirty.
- No one over 230 lbs on the ladder to the bunk over the cab.
- Nobody on the roof. Any indication of this and you will be fined. Read the SRA carefully.
- Two small dogs or one large dog. Dogs are allowed, but must be approved.
