There was a $350 extra charged for general cleaning which was not listed initially and it came as a surprise additional claim at the end. This $350 was additional to sanitize fee $75, dumping fee $50 & Pet fee $50 charged initially . Overhead of total $525 for cleaning & pet we believe is too much for this RV.
You need to get your facts right sir. I charge mileage $147, $100 for returning the Rv late after 8pm in the night. The 8 of you guys brought back the Rv dirty inside and outside.I have to pay to get it cleaned. Propane gas $7.91 You could even sweep it out when u drop off your stuff at you home?. My linen was also missing cannot be found ,but you didn't mention that?
We had some clogged pipes that became an issue. Owners attempted to resolve but difficult to fix long distance. Apparently previous renter washed their dogs in the main shower.
Craig you didn’t have any dump site to dump the bathrooms water you said, so that’s why the water back up,after so many of you using the RV you should have dump it after so many days, we told you to pull the gray tank to let the water from the bathtub ,which you did on the grass same place where you park, that was how you released the bathtub water that you haven’t dump for several days, and you
We had a wonderful time traveling out west and enjoyed each day. The RV handled the road very well, even pulling a small car. We had plenty of room to spare and very comfortable inside, all went well.
Would definitely rent this RV gain.

We were very happy at our experience at Snoop. Joy and Brian are kind owners, always very nice and helpful and they did an excellent job showing each little detail, making sure that we were getting all the information at our first RV eperience. The RV was great, very clean, all utensil in very good shape and is important do mention that there is a lot of space for storage.
