- Burning Man - This RV is Burning Man friendly. Expect to pay higher nightly rates and 2x Security Deposit. Detail Cleaning Fee of $750 will be applied to RVs not returned in acceptable condition.
- There is a strict no smoking policy that must be adhered to. If evidence of smoking inside the rental is found, we reserve the right to charge up to $750 to PROPERLY clean, treat and disinfect.
- The Black and Grey tanks need to be emptied prior to return. If they are not empty you will be subject to a $300 fee. A prepaid dump fee can be added before taking possession of the RV for $150
- Please adhere to your scheduled pick up and drop off times as closely as possible. Arrive early, you will be subject to a wait. Arrive late, you may also be subject to a wait and a fine
- Our pick up and drop off times are flexible within our regular business hours Monday- Sunday 9am to 4pm, we will contact you prior to your trip to get you into open slots on our calendar.

Trailer is definitely not in the condition described. The sway bar for the hitch was inop. Significant exterior cosmetic damage. Propane hoses were dry rotted and one leaked, emptying one tank. I didn’t find this out until the stove wouldn’t light. I accepted owner word that tanks were full and the stove did light during initial inspection but slowly drained over the next 9 hours.

We do apologize your trip was less than perfect. I will make sure I get in touch with my field staff to get you the refund for the propane. While we do have each and every unit cleaned and sanitized between rentals please keep in mind these vehicles do travel on the road and dirt can be picked up in transit from one location to another.
Great experience with this rental. The listing matched the RV perfectly. The RV also came with kitchen and other items that come in handy while camping. Easy to work with on setting up pick up/drop off times. Very comfortable and an overall great week with this camper. Would rent again!
