My family and I rented this RV for Memorial Day weekend. Jerry and Alisha made the drop off and set so easy! Highly encourage getting the delivery. During the stay Jerry was very communicative whenever I had a question or concern. The hosts and the trailer made the camping trip easy and enjoyable. All the amenities stated were there, and the beds were very comfortable!

This was our first time camping in a trailer and we loved it! Downgraded because the heater didn't work. Jerry and Alisha had a space heater on board, which required generator use - but kept us warm but leads me to believe that this was a known problem. The downgrade was offset by positive communication and a big plus in customer service (I messed up our reservation and Jerry was of great help getting it figured out). Amenities were as advertised.
Thank you so much for taking such good care of our trailer! We always keep space heaters on board and were just as surprised at the heater not working as you guys were. I always test everything the day before a rental and at the time the heater worked perfectly.

We rented from Jerry & Alicia 3 times over this winter. They were fantastic to work with, responsive, helpful, and flexible. The drop off and set up was so helpful and gave us one less thing to worry about on our trip. The trailer is clean, comfortable, well-stocked (even had some shampoo and toothpaste when we forgot some!), and has a great lay out for a family with 2 teens.
