Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 25
- Pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- No one is allowed on the roof because of safety issues if you go on the roof it will cost you $200 from your security deposit
- This vehicle is not to be taken onto beaches or dunes if it is and I have to clean it because of that you will be charge $500 from your security deposit
- Insure that the awning is put back in at night in case of winds damage to the awning will cost up to $1000
- Our vehicle is not allowed to go to any outings like Burning Man! Or other destructive festivals
- Small dogs are all that's allowed in the RV no larger than 15 lb. No cats are allowed in the RV due to the extreme loss of hair from them.
If the unit comes back needing fuel and propane you will be charged up to $800. If the unit comes back dirty other than normal(Swept Condition) use you will be charged $150 to clean it. If you bring back the home without dumping the tanks you will be charged $250. If you want ...
