- No one is allowed on the roof because of safety issues if you go on the roof it will cost you $200 from your security deposit
- This vehicle is not to be taken onto beaches or dunes if it is and I have to clean it because of that you will be charge $500 from your security deposit
- Insure that the awning is put back in at night in case of winds damage to the awning will cost up to $1000
- Our vehicle is not allowed to go to any outings like Burning Man! Or other destructive festivals
- Small dogs are all that's allowed in the RV no larger than 15 lb. No cats are allowed in the RV due to the extreme loss of hair from them.

Michael was friendly, accomidating and excellent in keeping up with communication. The RV was stocked with towels dishes and linens. RV is a little older but ran like a champ! We had an excellent trip and Michael to thank for making it as easy as possible. He took the time to explain everything and let us know where we could look if we needed anything else.
