- 1. NO GENERATOR USE ALLOWED ! NO TAILGATING, DRY CAMPING ,ETC. Delivery Available that includes set up & tear down $75.00 to 35 miles & $150 after 35 miles.
- 2. Owners reserve the personal right, for any reason and/or at any time , to decline a reservation request, by immediately notifying the potential renter. Total delivery distance is up to owners.
- 3. Most fees listed are PENALTY FEES that will be applied to the renter's account if the unit fails return inspection, such as returning the unit uncleaned, missing or damaged items, etc.
- 4. Renters must read, agree to all terms and accept the Owner Rental Agreement prior to the start of the reservation to avoid Penalty Fees. Renter's must read & initial info in camper binder in unit
- 5. Flexible drop off times. Pick up 30-45 mins. prior to checkout time if in a campground to avoid additional park fee to renter . $100.00 to 25 miles & $150 over 25 miles Owner set limits

We enjoyed our stay the camper was exceptionally clean. James and Alison were wonderful with communication throughout the process with quick responses. Delivery was awesome and even delivered earlier than scheduled. Only deducted 1 star related to the sleeping areas/beds very hard including main bed. Would recommend adding some mattress toppers at least. We highly recommend the owners and camper.

I am sorry also that we did not get to meet in person but our schedule did not allow us time for a personal meeting for your rental dates.
More often than not we do meet personally with renters but sometimes not being able to meet is unavoidable.

This camper was exactly what we needed during our home repairs from Hurricane Ida. Everything worked perfectly! It was just the right size. The owner set it up and showed us how everything worked. They were so helpful to add additional rental time as needed. Rental process was user friendly. Very pleased with the camper and the service!! Great choice.
