- Minimum renter age of 25
- Owner must be notified if bringing pets. Pets must be kept in a crate if left unattended inside. Pet Fee covers additional cleaning required to ensure a sanitary stay for our next guest.
- We strongly recommend you DO NOT use the awning. Awnings can be easily damaged from light rain, gust of winds, etc and can be costly to repair. Renter will be responsible for full cost of repair.
- Renter will inform owner before rental period if plans to use the onboard generator. Auxiliary fuel fee must be paid before rental period.
