Rental Rules

- Smoking is not permitted inside the rig, cabin, or coach. Also, Please use only designated roads and camping areas.
- There will be an additional cleaning fee if the rig is left in a significantly unclean state.
- Return the RV with approximately the same amount of fuel that was provided at pickup. A refueling fee of $150 will be charged if this is not followed.
- Please empty BOTH the gray and black tanks upon return or a $75 dumping fee will incur.
- RVs that are returned eight hours or more late without consent from the owner will be charged for an extra rental night.

Shawn is the man. He was very accommodating and excellent at communication. We had no issues whatsoever and this RV was the "lead dog" in a pack of 4. I highly recommend renting from Shawn and would certainly do it again.
