- No smoking allowed
- No smoking in or around the unit within a proximity that smoke enters the vehicle.
- No tailgating or festivals allowed without pre-approval.
- All pets must be pre-approved. Absolutely no cats allowed in the trailer.
- Boon-docking and plugging into residential power not rated at 30 amps must be pre-approved.
