- We try to keep thing simple as our rule. We make sure the Trailer Camper is clean when you arrive to pick it up and we expect you return it to us the same way you got it.
- NO SMOKING Inside the camper( Smoke Cleaning Fee is ($500-$1000 will be add to your account).
- Black and Grey Tank Dump will be charged if not dump out prior to drop off. $100 Cleaning Fee , Please return the camper as you receive it. There will be $100 charged for cleaning fee.

The RV was everything that is advertised. It was perfect for our family of 5. We pulled the RV with a, Silverado Z71 1500, to the mountains. The RV has all the basic things needed for a fun filled camping trip. The owner was very kind and helpful in renting and accommodating our request.
