Maria was the perfect hostess. Her communication was awesome. She is very knowledgeable about her RV and answered all our novice questions immediately. The RV made our vacation so enjoyable.
This is the second time we've rented this RV. The first time they left the waste tank full so halfway through the weekend we had to have it dumped which cost $150 extra. I thought it would be a fluke and decided to give them another chance. 2 days before I asked for an early pickup, they charged me $80 then when I arrive are surprised that I'm there early.
The RV was nice. The water tank was filled for us and they walked us through the extras. Loved that there was a/c and heat. We needed both. Love the automated awning. Hookups worked perfectly. Unfortunately it was not clean. I wiped down the table and sinks first thing and it was covered it dirt. The cover on the mattress pad was also dirty but we brought sheets so it worked out.
Great weekend in the mountains 4x4ing with friends. RV worked great, dry camping so generator and furnace were a must and both worked great.
Will definitely keep this listing close for next time.
