Rental Rules

- Minimum renter age of 25
- Any damage or missing item will result in forfeiture of the security deposit.
- Renters will be charged an extra cleaning fee for any piece of linens or towels returned with tough dirt or soil stains.
- To help prevent injuries from falls be cautious with children on the upper bunk. Never allow a child under 6 years old on the upper bunk.
- Renters are required to always supervise their pets, or if unattended, pets MUST be kept on a kennel.
- Pets are not allowed on the beds. If renter pets cause any sign of damage or is on the beds, it will result in an additional cleaning fee.

Great RV! Chris and Eileen were easy to work with and communicated well during the entire process. The RV was clean and as advertised. We would use them again for another trip.
