We love our trailer and are always working to make it even comfortable and enjoyable. Grey/black water tanks are delivered clean and empty. LP and generator has tank is delivered full. Return on the same condition to avoid fees. The gas tanks are charged at the rate above plus the current price of gas. Any fees will be deducted from the deposit.
