Communication was great. We had the trailer dropped off at Steamboat Rock State Park and it was great to arrive to everything all ready for us after a long day of packing and travel.
Luis is amazing! We was super responsive before, during and after our rental. The RV is in perfect condition and Luis makes the whole experience even better. He had the RV setup and ready to go at The Gorge well before our arrival. Was a first time rv renter and Luis made everything super easy and answered all of my questions during the rental. Highly recommend!!
Working with Luis from start to finish was worry free. I am a widow and having the RV delivered and picked up was a wonderful thing. It was delivered to Sun Lakes Resort on time and setup quickly. I was filled in on all the controls and shown where all the amenities were located. It was stocked with everything I needed for the stay along with two lawn chairs and a big mat for outside.
Luis and his wife are awesome! Excellent condition of the camper, excellent communication and very thorough in explaining how to operate the camper.
