This beautiful travel trailer is exactly what you need for a great vacation. Easily sleeps 6 with two full size bunk beds, dinette that turns into a large bed, and a queen size bed. It also has 1 full bath with shower and toilet and the master bedroom has a toilet. The rv is spacious but lightweight. Can easily be towed with a half ton truck.

- No pets allowed inside of RV.
- No drug usage of any kind inside of rv or while in possession of rv. To include Marijuana.
- No beach parking. This includes Elephant Butte beach parking. Dedicated RV sites are permitted.
- Please obey all traffic laws. Max speed with the rv is 60 mph as the tires are not rated to handle faster speeds. This will be checked regularly via GPS.
- Failure to obey these rules will result in charges against your deposit. Cleaning fee if returned uncleaned $100 Deep cleaning due to pets, smells etc $200. Most importantly have a safe and fun trip.

Sharell provided a great deal of information with links for the set up and return of the trailer. He also communicated well regarding the pickup and had flexibility on the return time for a return earlier in the day on due date.
The only listing detail discrepancy was better than described as sway bars WERE included in the rental providing additional peace of mind. Thank you, Sharell!

This RV was perfect as an extra room for our family at the holidays. It was roomy, clean and the owner was great. He set it up for us and delivered it as we were not taking it on the road or moving it. It would be great on a trip however. It was perfect for our needs and would highly recommend it.
