Maurice was incredibly friendly, responsive, and made the entire process feel personal and seamless. From the get-go, communication was clear and helpful. The owner gave us detailed instructions on how everything worked and took the time to walk us through the RV before we hit the road.
My wife and I always like to take at least a week before finalizing evaluations including writing reviews. After careful contemplation we are delighted to say that we were very pleased with our interaction with Maurice and wife. They were very helpful with communication and mentoring. They provided comfort with their coaching for our 1st RV travel adventure.
From the first time I rented from Maurice it has always been a great experience renting from him with all his knowledge and communication with me about any questions I may have had. He has made my experience in an RV very memorable 3rd year renting from him looking forward to the 4th year!
Maurice was great to work with and the RV did its' job - got us to Atlanta from NC and was very sound mechanically. We did have a few minor issues and Maurice was quick to respond - these did not impact our trip or our enjoyment of the RV.
