This class C RV is cozy and pretty easy to handle despite it's 27 foot size. The master bedroom has a queen size bed that sleeps two. Above the cab there is a cozy upper bunk that sleeps two. Additional sleeping accommodations can be found within the convertible dinette bed that sleeps one possibly two smallish people and the jackknife sofa that does the same! Max capacity for rental is seven.

- No dry camping for more than 2 days. You must have hookups past this point to recharge and empty tanks. If you are doing any dry camping you must have some experience with RVs.
- Up to two dogs are allowed but must be housebroken and should not be left alone in RV unless crated. A fee will be deducted from deposit for any pet damages. Pets should be restrained during driving.
- No Towing. The hitch is used for a bike rack and may not be removed.
- No smoking of any kind. If cooking fish or any strong smelling dish, prepare and cook outside.
- Awning must be pulled in during rain and wind. Awnings are expensive to replace and break easily.

The RV is posted as a 2014, it is actually stated as a 2013 on the registration. This RV looks nothing like the pictures posted. It has severe water damage inside the RV that is about 4-5 inches high on the wooden dinette. It is rotted. The Bigfoot would not retract after the first night, and the owner was no help.
My RV is a 2014. It was bought and registered as a 2014 until I registered it in another state and that state changed the Title to say 2013. There is no severe water damage as stated. A renter spilled a water bottle that soaked into the dinette wood and is now replaced. Unfortunately, Alan was trying to get money back from his rental and none of these accusations are accurate.
There was plenty of space for 4 of us on our trip. Very comfy queen bed.
A screw came loose from the dinette table during Susan's trip and was replaced on return. The table is now secure. I make sure the RV is very clean and there was a new cleaning crew for this trip which will no longer be used. The fridge has went in for service as this is the first I heard about any problems staying cool.
