Rv was in good shape and worked well during our trip. A few minor issues came up (which is bound to happen) but Justin was quick to respond and help. The rig is a bit dated but we had an amazing trip and it all worked out just fine. Would rent from Justin again in the future.
Pick up and drop off was easy. The condition of the interior was inferior. The screen door fell of while I was driving. The DEF and window washer fluids were empty on pickup and I had to make an emergency stop 100 miles from my start for the DEF. Most of the interior cabinet door latches are worn out causing the doors to be banging open while driving until I tied them shut.
Thank you for making a few callouts. We certainly do apologize for the DEF being low. The DEF tank needs to be filled once for every 3 to 4 times that you refuel with diesel fuel. The frequency will vary with operating conditions. We had refilled 3 drives earlier that were low mile trips. The washer fluid was full and not sure why you weren't able to use it.
Very nice van! The van had everything that we needed and ready to go. Justin was easy to communicate with an very accommodating with our needs. I will definitely book this van in the future.
We had a great camping trip in this beautiful RV! Justin was super nice to work with and made it very easy for us to pick it up and drop it off. The walk through explanation of the vehicle felt like a lot to keep straight, but we quickly realized it was all very easy to use. Everything worked perfectly and my husband didn't have any problem getting used to driving it.
