Upgrades and repairs need to be addressed before the next renter, which the race is next week up in Brooklyn. Would like some type of refund as amenities were not available. Convenience of Mike's delivery and pick up were worry free.
Thanks for leaving a review. I am sorry that the rental did not meet your expectations. I stopped by the area you were camping and tried to determine the problem with the water heater. I also made another stop to drain the waste tank for you during your rental week. Again I apologize for not meeting your expectations. I tried to do all I could At the time.
