- There will be fees associated with breaking the following rules: *smoking fee $500 / *unauthorized pet fee: $200 / *unauthorized use fee: $200 /
- Dump tank fee: $75 fee.
- Cleaning: The RV should be returned in good order and cleanliness. Excessive cleaning needed will be charged an additional cleaning fee of $50.
- There will be a Supplemental Renter's Agreement (SRA) that will be sent after booking from owner. This must be signed prior to departure.

The owner was very thorough during the departure instructions and flexible with regards to the pick up/ drop off times. The camper was also very clean. I recommend this camper and would rent it again.
Nobody better to rent from! Nick was so patient in making sure to explain everything - and the actual trailer was so nice!! We had an issue or two pop up while traveling (user error!) and he was quick to respond with the right solutions. Great experience - highly recommend!
RV was immaculate and very organized. Nick was immediately available for questions. King size bed huge bonus. Always love supporting our fire fighters and will be a return customer

We had a wonderful Easter weekend in this beautiful trailer. Nicholas was very thorough in explaining the RV to us and providing all the amenities. It was well stocked and very clean. I was so happy to find sharp knives! Nicholas checked in on us during our trip and was very nice to work with. The welcome basket and guest book were very sweet personal touches!
