We recently rented an RV through RVShare and had a very disappointing experience that left us frustrated and uncomfortable throughout our stay. When we arrived, it was clear that the RV was not properly cleaned. The beds were unmade, (which is fine) however, the mattresses for the kids were full of sand and debris.
I am sorry you were unhappy with your stay. The camper was professionally cleaned prior to delivery. When it was delivered I was unaware you were unhappy then. The refrigerator door handle that was broken during your stay I immediately ordered another and asked to come install as soon as it arrived.
The camper was just as as Nikole and Thomas described. For us who have never camped before this was a great way to do camping with our extended family.

This was the first time we've ever used RVShare. We had an excellent experience with Nikole & Thomas Woody. Delivery and pickup were easy and ontime. The RV was clean and well appointed with towels and toilet paper. Our weekend out of town guests were very happy.
