Vanessa is a well-equipped RV with full bath and kitchen and gets 18 mpg. She has plenty of heat and running water for winter travel. Like most Class-Bs, Vanessa drives and parks like a car. Unlike most Class-Bs, Vanessa has a huge 70x82 bed, 6 seat belts, a 40-gal freshwater tank, 400AH of battery power, a screen door, and a diesel furnace and generator that draw from the van fuel tank.

Andrew was nice and communication was good. Pick up was smooth, at his house. He mentioned we could park a car there at pick-up, and he asked me to leave him a key. RV drove nice and easy. However we did encounter a few issues with the RV once we set up for the weekend. We were told at pick up we couldn't use the microwave or AC unless we were plugged in.
Sorry you had these challenges, Brad. Concerning the 12V electrical issues, including the generator not starting and sub-optimal performance of the fridge, I can confirm the issue was due to the battery switch somehow getting turned to battery bank #2 instead of 1&2. The single battery bank was not sufficient for your usage.
Vanessa is absolutely amazing! She has everything you are looking for and more. She drives beautifully and everything works 100%. We loved our experience with her and highly recommend you rent her, I don't think there is a better option!

Hey, I’m Martuise. Vanessa was great for my family and I, three, technically two-day roadtrip to my Uncle’s 95th birthday celebration. This was a last minute plan trip. However, executed beyond satisfactory. Amenities/Machinery have a bit of tedious care needed to be applied, but most importantly it’s convenient for comfortability.

My son and I had a great experience renting Vanessa. The RV is well cared for and very comfortable. Andrew was great to deal with. It's going to be hard to go back to tent camping after this experience!
Andrew was a great host! As a first time camper, I knew nothing. Andrew took the time to explain everything that I needed to know in order to operate Vanessa. He was friendly and answered all of my questions with lots of patience. I would definitely rent from him again and I would highly recommend Vanessa to all first time campers!
