Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 25
- Pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- Absolutely NO standing, sitting or climbing on top of RV or awning. Please retract awning at night and when windy to avoid damage. Thank you!
- Grey water and sewage must be dumped by renter before return. Failure to do so will result in the dumping fee of $150.
- Unit must be fully cleaned - dishes, pans, shower, toilet, floors swept, garbage emptied. We appreciate you returning it how you received it! Thank you!
