Owner Mark had great communication regarding pick up and drop off and went over everything at pick up including a driving test by taking it to the gas station so he could fill up the van. The van was not clean on the outside which is a little eye soar since it is black. On the inside everything was pretty much clean and well stocked with dishes.
Dear Ebony- thank you so much for your feedback and sorry to hear the van did not fully meet your expectations. Since your rental we have actually improved the bedding system comfort. As for the cleanliness of the van outside we will make sure it is cleaner for our future renters. We really try to make our van as impeccable as we would like to find it if we were our renters.
This camper van was great. It's fairly easy to drive and yet is cleverly designed to give the passengers everything they need. The HVAC works well. The hookups are as easy as changing a light bulb. The beds are comfortable.
We were 2 adults and 3 kids and had enough room to be in it comfortably.
No surprises and Mark was easy to work with.
Great van for our family of 4. Mark and team were very helpful in giving instructions and the van had all of the amenities we needed for our trip.
Mark’s van was super easy and fun to drive. He was very thorough in providing all of the right information and was very accessible when I had a quick question. We loved being able to take the induction cook top out of the rv to cook outside on the Coleman table provided and we loved hanging out in the very comfy fold out loveseat. Everything we needed was there. Just make sure to take blankets.
