Rental Rules

- If the RV is not returned with a full tank of gas, you will be charged $8.00 per gallon to fill. If the black and/or gray tanks are not empty upon return, you'll be charged $125 to dump them.
- Absolutely NO smoking permitted in or around the RV. If there are signs of smoking, you will be charged the full deposit for cleaning.
- If there are signs of damage done by dogs (including smells and stains) you will be charged the full deposit for cleaning fees.
- Absolutely NO parking or use at Burning Man, Stagecoach, Coachella or any other music festivals.
- No travel outside of the United States. There is a GPS installed, and if this rule is not adhered to, you will forfeit your deposit.

Had a family emergency and had to cancel. Although I was expecting a cancellation penalty I was charged over 1000 for not stepping foot into the RV and was very disappointed in the whole process. Renter beware

As we sympathize with your emergency situation, our cancellation policy is established to cover both parties in the event of unforeseen circumstances. We have covered many of the other costs associated with this rental and have offered a discount for any future rental. We wish you and your family the best.
They were amazing and so was the RV. Has pretty much everything you need already stocked. AC worked great, as did the generator. They made sure they went through every detail to make sure we knew how to work it all. Great experience!

Amazing experience! They go above and beyond to make your adventure the best. Very thorough at explaining everything you need to know about using the RV properly.
