Rental Rules

- Minimum renter age of 25
- Trailer is to be returned in the condition it was picked up in. If this is not done there will be a 150.00 cleaning fee. A 300.00 deep cleaning fee is applicable if required.
- Propane tanks will leave full and are to be returned full. A fee of 50.00 is charged for the refill of propane tanks should it be necessary.
- Waste tanks must be empty upon return or else there will be a 100.00 fee applied.
- A supplemental rental agreement must be signed in addition to the RV Share standard contract. This will highlight the rules in greater detail.

Overall we enjoyed our rental. Great communication. Professional and thorough when picking up and dropping off. A few things didn't work that did not impact our camping experience (ex: side window blind did not go up). What did impact us was the lack of basis amenities.
We enjoyed our 4 day dry camping experience using Sebastian's camper.
Sebastian kindly changed my reservation dates at the last minutes due to unexpected illness.
Sebastian was very knowledgeable about the camper and made sure I understood how to hitch up and set-up when I got to my destination.
