We had a great experience renting Marco's RV and a wonderful family vacation. Everything was as expected and Marco was very quick to respond with any inquiries I had during the trip on how to work the RV.
We had a great experience renting from Marco! The RV was very clean and in great condition. He met us at the place where he stores his RV and walked us through each process (water tank, hook ups, generator, emptying tanks, etc). This was so helpful because neither my sister nor I had ever rented an RV before. The RV drove pretty smoothly and was easy to handle.
Do not rent from this person, there is a huge communication issue, the owner barely speaks English, the heat was not working in the rv, I had to go from store to store to hunt for a space heater after freezing the first night, the owner said he won’t charge me for emptying the water tanks because of this, he still tried to charge a $100 against my deposit, plus $90 on top of the $90 I prepaid for
