- Generator will come with a full 5 gallon tank, generator must be returned with a full tank or a gas fee will be applied.
- A full propane tank will be supplied, if the tank is returned at less than 2/3 a tank fill fee will be applied.
- Black and grey tanks will be empty at pickup, and must be returned empty, returning a holding tank that needs to be emptied will result in a sanitation fee.
- All supplied dishes, silverwear, and cooking supplies should be returned clean.
- Bedding supplied is cleaned prior to each rental, bedding does NOT need to be returned clean, but should be free of stains and damage.

100 percent would recommend. Everything was in excellent condition and Dylan’s communication across my entire trip was impeccable. Furthermore the prices we got for this RV for our cross country trip were very affordable. All in all great experience!
Dylan was great to work with. He allowed us to pick up the trailer early and was very accommodating. We did have a couple issues with the trailer when we arrived at our destination that we were not aware of. Dylan was able to rectify those for us, and everything worked out great. Perfect sized trailer for a couple or small family.

He reached out to me before the pickup date. After initial pleasantries, I asked if we could move the rental period earlier by a day. He very kindly agreed and sent me the needed change URL. His flexibility allowed me to meet the needs of my family’s changing schedule.
