My experience renting this RV from Brittany and Billy was great. Everything was as advertised, and we communicated throughout the whole process. I highly recommend them.
First, Brittany And Billy communication was very very good. Any questions I had they were really fast to respond and I really appreciate that. The RV is a little bit older of an RV, but everything worked and was easy to use. The only opportunity we had was running the generator, probably more of our fault because we had too many things running at one time.
I would not recommend this RV. At pickup, they handed me the keys and provided no instructions. There where several issues with the RV that where not disclosed. It should not have been rented in this condition. I was charged an agregious amount of money at turn in. The propin tanks were empt and I had to fill it myself. I returned it with less gas than I started with fir that reason.
I’m sorry you had a bad experience. There are step by step instructions on how to do everything along with our phone numbers. You stated that you had hook ups when you indeed did not have hookups. Because you did not know how to use the Rv you drained the batteries completely despite following the step by step instructions and not calling us when we asked if you were having problems.
Billy and Brittany were great to rent from. The pick up and drop off was so easy.
Rv is well used and getting old. The generator was not working,fortunately we had a fairly short drive and a full hookup at our destination. Received no instructions due to a problem the owner was dealing with at pickup,had to figure things on our own with phone calls back to owner. Allowed miles per day was not clear and we ended up being over on a relatively short trip.
I recently rented an RV for a day trip and it exceeded all of my expectations! From start to finish, the experience was seamless and hassle-free.
Both Brittany and Billy were prompt in answering our calls whenever I needed help to setup RV at camping site as I had no prior experience using RV.
Highly recommended.
