The 2012 Heartland Prowler is perfect for family camping. This is the bunk house model with twin over full bunk bed. This trailer also has a queen bed with a privacy door. The couch and dinette table also fold down into sleeping areas for max sleeping capacity. The kitchen has a refrigerator, 3 burner stove, oven, and microwave allowing easy meal prep with the convenience of home.

The rental experience was terrible. The communication for delivery was poor and over 3 hours late. The amenities were not as stated. The grey and black waste tanks were full upon rental and subsequently made the toilet overflow after 2 uses in the middle of the night. We had to use the towels provided to clean the mess from the tanks they failed to empty and were charged for the towels.
We enjoyed our stay in this camper. The owners are a lovely couple. we appreciated all the information provided and they made sure to ask if we has questions.
