Everything was as expected. No problems.
Camper was dirty when dropped off with bugs in bed that were dead. Communication on delivery date was pulling teeth. Camper didn’t have septic tank even hooked up when delivered. Nor was it balanced when I stepped in. Had to do that myself. I apparently propane was not part of the heating of the price given. So no heater for the camper unless you pay extra for it.
Cute little RV. The service of having it delivered to the campsite was wonderful and very much appreciated. The description says that it sleeps 5 but there would be little room to move around with 5 people inside together. The description of the RV was not totally accurate, i.e. there were no camping chairs included.

Overall the camper is awesome. Here's a few of the things we had happen that could have been bigger issues for others. Both grey and black tanks were full when I picked it up. Propane tank was empty, which we didn't know until fully set up at the campground. Thankfully our neighbors had a extra propane tank they let us use to get through the night. No broom, dust pan, or chairs were included.
Very clean and exactly like what the pictures show.
Justin was amazing and very accommodating. Would highly recommend renting from him.
