It sleeps up to 8 people which can be 5 adults and 3 kids or 2 adults and 5 kids.

Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 25
- Pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- No smoking is allowed in the unit if there is any evidence of smoking your entire security deposit will be held until remediation can be held.
- Pets allow with approval if there is any evidence of unapprove pets your entire security deposit will held until remediation can be obtained.
- Black and gray tank is required to be dumped. Black tank needs to be completely flush.
- Propane tanks needs to be refilled after usage.
- You are responsible for any tickets, tolls, tows, and impounds. Even if the notice arrives after after late fees and admin fees have compounds.
Dumping is required, if the tanks are brought back full you will be charged.
Propane must be refilled if used, if not you will be charged a fee.
Additionally fee will be applied if RV is returned trashed and filthy.
