- No smoking is allowed in the unit if there is any evidence of smoking your entire security deposit will be held until remediation can be held.
- Pets allow with approval if there is any evidence of unapprove pets your entire security deposit will held until remediation can be obtained.
- Black and gray tank is required to be dumped. Black tank needs to be completely flush.
- Propane tanks needs to be refilled after usage.
- You are responsible for any tickets, tolls, tows, and impounds. Even if the notice arrives after after late fees and admin fees have compounds.

From the beginning I knew a disaster was coming. Linda told me I needed to be in South Carolina, which is a 10 he drive no later than 9a because she has to be at work. We drove all night yo get there on time for her not to be there but instead for her son to be on the way. He said he was 10 mins away at 930. He arrived at 1015a. Once he got there he was very nice. He had linda on the phone.
Linda was great in helping us with some last minute changes/extensions to our reservation. Would highly recommend working with Linda.
Linda was very professional throughout the entire process.. she was on time and communicated with me during the rental .. very prompt on returning calls and messages.. Camper was super clean had everything we needed for a pleasant stay .. I would rent again from her . Thank you again for making the delivery a smooth one..

The RV was exactly what our group of 4 needed. Linda was a pleasure to deal with. The RV is located in a very easy to access lot which made the pick up and drop off easy. The RV itself is brand new and pleasurable for sleeping and relaxing. Also, I pulled this unit with a F150 with ease. Thanks Linda!
