This motorhome was not ready to be rented. It needed several items repaired and a very good deep cleaning.
Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 30
- Pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- Late fees: A one-hour grace period is included for pick up and drop off. $25/hour fee beyond that.
- Holding Tanks: All holding tanks to be emptied before return. The black water tank must also be flushed. $100 fee if tanks not emptied and flushed plus cost of dump.
- Cleaning: The RV must be returned clean with all food items and trash removed. $100.00 cleaning fee will be assessed if not clean.
- Fuel/LP Gas: RV provided with a full tank of gasoline and LP gas. Both must be at 100% upon return. Fee of $10.00/gal for fuel and a $50.00 service fee plus cost for LP gas.
- No smoking inside the RV! Any smoke damage detected inside the RV will result in charge of the cost of smoke removal plus a $500.00 fee.
Pet Policy:
Dogs only. No cats or other types of pets.
Maximum of two dogs
Must be clean w/ current vaccinations
Free from any and all infectious diseases and pests.
