- Absolutely NO SMOKING or vaping in the RV. Please keep it outside. Any evidence of smoking/vaping in the RV will result in an automatic forfeiture of the entire security deposit.
- Tanks must be completely dumped prior to returning the RV. Failure to do so will result in an automatic $300 dump charge.
- Awning use is not permitted. Any evidence of awning use will result in an automatic forfeiture of the entire security deposit.
- RV must be returned reasonably clean and in the same condition as when delivered. At the sole discretion of the owner, an additional cleaning fee will apply if not returned in satisfactory condition.

This was a truly wonderful experience. Dan was helpful and flexible to meet our needs around pick up and drop off. The RV was clean and was the perfect solution to make our family trip extra special.
Owner's adjusted for my pick-up and drop-off needs and provided us with a fresh water fill up for our circumstances. The communicated throughout the process and made the rental and return a breeze.
RV drives great and the communication from the renters is excellent. Lots of amenities and really comfortable.
Our second time renting an RV. Once again an excellent experience. This unit had all the room needed for a family of 5 and a dog. Traveled more than 1800 miles without a hitch. The RV is well maintained and equipped with pretty much anything you need.
The RV worked perfectly and was a pleasure to use. Dan and Melissa were easy to work with and responded quickly when I had questions. I would rent from them again.
Great experience through out the whole process. And such a wonderful rv. Would definitely do it again.
