This was a terrible deal for us and I will never use RVShare again. The truck engine broke down. RVShare curbside assistance is useless. I wasted my vacation getting the rented vehicle engine fixed so I would have a way home. thousands of dollars paid for a few days at a state park, I made a poor choice and learned my lesson on this. Tons of useless fees and then overages added on at the end.
We are so sorry RV share couldn’t handle the insurance claim as expected, but we have reimbursed customer the entire repair charges out of our pocket.
The overages are for extra mileage & cleaning charges (toilet is not clean & there is sand all over).
My family and I loved our experience renting from AJ! We were in a bind when our previous RV rental fell through. AJ came through at the last minute with this rental so we could take our kids on the Christmas trip we had promised. We were first timers and AJ made it so easy with printed instructions and he was always available by text or phone call if we had any questions at all.
We had a great time renting this RV for our camping trip. It was a wonderful way to enjoy the outdoors and our family had a blast. The RV is clean and spacious, and we really enjoyed the outdoor entertainment center. AJ was great at explaining everything we needed to know as first time RV renters.
Very clean and organized. The host prepared a folder that has all the key information, such as detailed instructions on setting up and leaving the camp. The host was very responsive to our questions during the setup. Very friendly experience.
A wonderful experience
Our family loved this RV! Great outdoor setup, and the master bedroom is awesome! Very clean, and all cleaning supplies are provided by the owners which is really nice. Top line grill, awning and amenities! We will absolutely rent from AJ and Poornima again. Super awesome and friendly to work with and easiest pick up and drop off we’ve ever done! Bravo guys!!
