Rental Rules

- Minimum renter age of 25
- A walk-through with the owner is required before handing off the keys, and 1 approved adult required to raise/lower roof deck railings (can be owner)
- Maximum drive speed 55 mph. Propane must be shut off and deck rails must be in the lowered position while driving. The vehicle must be parked, off, and level in order to run the refrigerator.
- No smoking. All pets must be approved by the owner prior to key hand-off.
- Max 6 adults on roof deck (no unsupervised minors), No glass bottles on roof deck (we provide plastic cups!)
- Do not take vehicle off paved roads. Until further notice, we are not allowing trips to Mexico in the Beach House. Please do not leave the country.
