We had a great experience renting from Rick (and Norma!). We had great communications with Rick prior to and during the rental. First time for us in pulling a “hard shell” and he spent time with us orienting us to the trailer’s features and functionality. He was patient and answered all of our questions. The trailer itself performed well and we had a great week of camping.
