The owner's did not advertise that the main heater was not working at all, and we have 3 small kids who we take camping with us. They told us last second right before we took keys. He said the space heater would be fine but it wasn't. There are multiple drawers and cabinets that do not stay shut while driving and can be very dangerous.
I highly recommend Tung and his families RV. Very responsive and definitely wants you to have the best trip possible. All around great experience!
We had a great time and the RV was as described, clean & comfortable. Pick up, drop off & communication was also great. Would definitely rent again!
I had never rented or driven an RV before so this was a first time experience. Tung and his wife were very nice and accommodating. The RV was very clean and everything worked fine.
Tung was responsive, pickup was simple, and the RV was clean, and as described. Overage charges were reasonable as well.
