Excellent renter. The pop-up was in the condition as described. Easy and straightforward communication about pickup and drop-off. Would definitely rent again.
Dustin was very nice we had a problem with the power and he had a repair guy at my house the next day before we pulled out. Even though the problem didn’t get fixed we were able still use the camper as we were just using it to sleep.
Overall it was a very good experience. Everything on the trailer was functional for what I needed. There was a minor delay during the pickup of the trailer which was resolved. Trip went well drop off was easy.
Perfect camper for trip. This was our first camping experience with a camper and the owner answered all of our questions and helped us out setting up. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
Dustin was so nice and helpful, the trailer was very clean when we picked it up and was easy to set up. We did have to fill the right tire up with air when we were leaving the campground but other than that everything was great! Would definitely rent from Dustin again.
Before I get to the complaint, I will say the camper is quite spacious and about as loaded as a pop up can get, so that was nice.
We have one major complaint about the camper. Both tires were bad and one ended up blowing on the way home. The spare was flat and there was no tire iron given with the camper to change the tire. Luckily, our car had one but someone might not.
