Great communication, quick response and everything was perfect!
This was an okay experience. The major negative was that the generator broke, no fault of ours, I alerted the owner asap and no back up generator was provided for us. We paid for a generator for the entire weekend and it was quite disappointing that the owner put out a claim trying to get us to pay for it.
Thank you for the review, I do value all my renter’s feedback and I try to provide a 5 star experience to every renter. On the last night of your 4 night rental you did report that the pull cord broke when you were trying to start the generator. I do not advertise having a back-up generator and the claim approved by RV Share was only for the exact cost to replace the pull cord, not a cent more.
Had a fantastic weekend rental. The pick up process was easy and Laura was quick to respond to any questions I had. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone.
