Jerome was the easiest to work with, made the whole transaction super smooth! He explains the unit very well and everything worked as advertised! Would not hesitate to rent the unit again in the future!
Jerome was very helpful and walked me through all of the features of the RV. He was very patient and I would recommend renting from him if you are not very experienced. My family and I are looking forward to renting the RV again.
Phil aka Jerome was very easy to work with. He even contacted me on our vacation making sure we didn’t have any questions. He allows us to pick up the rv early so we could get on the road since we were traveling from Michigan to New York the first night. We then headed out to Acadia National Park in Maine. We had a great vacation. When we got back he allowed us to bring it back early.
We took this RV on an 18-day trip across the country to Oregon and it was absolutely perfect for me and my husband! Pick-up and drop-off was flexible and easy. Phil (aka Jerome) was extremely helpful during the entire process. He made sure we understood how everything worked before we left and he even checked in with us a few times during our trip.
This RV experience was so wonderful and without question that started with the fantastic experience my wife and I had working with Jerome. Not only was the RV exactly what was advertised, the instructions on how to use everything was amazing! While on the road, Jerome was available to answer any questions we had.
My family and I had a great vacation in this RV. Jerome was very helpful and patient teaching us everything we needed to know as beginner RVers. Overall, the RV performed well over our 2,000 mile multi-stop trip and Jerome was “there” to help answer our questions via text/phone whenever needed. Top notch RV and top notch renter. We will never forget our experience!
