Our 2017 Forest River Sunseeker 2860DS features a V10 Triton, Ford 450 chassis has E-Z Ride system for comfortable driving and maneuvering. It has the BIG FOOT auto-leveling system and has 1 qu bedroom (w/TV), 1 qu overhead bunk, a dinette and couch-futon beds; sleeps 4-6, 7 or 8 if you have little ones.

- Minimum renter age of 25
- Pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- No firearms, smoking/vaping, or drugs of any kind allowed inside or around RV. No events/festivals or driving on gravel back roads or on sand. No towing allowed unless agreed upon in advance.
- No other pets or large dogs than as agreed/contracted upon.
- No bikes, scooters, camp chairs, BBQ, or other outdoor equipment allowed inside. Please use exterior storage and available bike chain locks for securing outside.
- All cleaning and cooking of fish shall be done outside the RV. RV shall be returned in clean order or excessive cleaning charges can be imposed.
- NO Burning Man, Country Music Festival, or other type off-terrain events or festivals allowed. Special amphitheaters with accommodating campgrounds ARE allowed with advance approval.
