We had a few concerns at the start of our trip. Matthew was very helpful in resolving the issues and staying in touch with us to make sure everything was going good. We enjoyed the use of his Class C RV that was easy to drive and made our trip in the winter very enjoyable. On the day we were supposed to return home, there was an ice storm.
Best RV Rental Ive had so far!
When we picked up the RV the right outer rear tire pressure was down to 52, should have been about 80. Owner said just stop and get it filled. Easier said than done because it took a special valve at a car repair place, not a gas station, to accomplish this. After getting it filled it was back down two days later.
Thoroughly enjoyed our RV experience.
