Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 25
- Pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- Trailer is to be returned in the condition it was picked up in. If this is not done done there will be a 150.00 cleaning fee. A 300.00 deep cleaning fee is applicable if required.
- Dogs are allowed, no cats. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture. Puppies need to be crated when they are in the RV unsupervised. All pets must be approved in advance.
- Propane tanks will leave full and are to be returned full. A fee of 50.00 is charged for the refill of propane tanks should it be necessary.
- Waste tanks must be empty upon return or else there will be a 100.00 fee applied.
- A supplemental rental agreement must be signed in addition to the RV Share standard contract. This will highlight the rules in greater detail.
Small to medium size dogs are allowed. Our rig is meant to provide the ultimate all inclusive camping experience. All we ask is that you return it in the shape you received it and allow the next group to share that same quality experience you were able to.
