Avoid this owner at all costs. We paid extra to have trailer delivered and set up. She delivered the trailer and did not set up anything is was not level, electric system did not work properly. First question I asked prior to renting was about the sleeping area and she explained that the trailer was very roomy and could accommodate a person of my size.
I'm sorry you had such a bad experience with our trailer Joseph. We were kind enough to give you a discount and allow your second dog so we could make your trip work for you. There was plenty of communication prior to the trip reservation. We asked if you needed the trailer set up and you stated yes but, didn't pay for it to be completed.
