John and his team are great to work with. Communication was timely. We rented an older RV and it was a bit worn, but we expected this. It had ample kitchen equipment and the beds and linens were nice and comfortable. Our only negative review on the whole experience would be that the interior storage spaces and the kitchen area of the RV was quite dirty when we picked it up.
Christine, thank you for your review and constructive criticism. I talked to my cleaning crew and they said previous rental was filthy. Although I was aware of previous renters return condition, it’s no excuse. The cabinets should have been clean per our standards.
I’ll be updating our entire fleet off season due to them being worn, renting every day.
