- Renter must inform owner address where RV will be used.
- Renter agrees to empty tanks 100% before returning RV at end of reservation . The on board gauges will be used to determine if tank is empty. Just draining the tanks will not count as emptying tanks
- Renter agrees not to boondock the RV. Must have full hookups as boon docking is hard on the trailer. If you are boon docking additional fees will be charged.
- Renter agrees to never allow more than four people in the trailer. No pets or smoking.
- No boots or dirty shoes allowed inside trailer.

Great to work with and wonderful trailer.
This is a great RV for a couple. Being over 6' tall I really appreciated the king sized bed.

Stayed 4 nights in this great RV. Spacious for a couple and has just about everything you could imagine needing. Danny was very sweet, easy to talk to and clearly communicated expectations. They care about their RV, which means you get a beautiful and comfortable home away from home for your vacation. We would absolutely rent this RV again!!!
We had an absolutely great time in this trailer. My wife, my two boys and I were cozy but comfortable. The heat and AC in the trailer worked great. There were no leaks or stains and everything was in great shape. The included k-cup coffee maker made making morning coffee a breeze.
Danny was very helpful and friendly. The RV was very clean and well taken care of… our trip was very enjoyable having a nice RV to stay in with all the amenities included. We make multiple trips out to Coos Bay Oregon. We will be reaching out to Danny again in the future.

If I could give a zero star review I would. Two major areas of concern, owner and the trailer.
The trailer was almost brand new, which is great. However the owner left me and my family to work out the bugs. Multiple systems failed, including heat, fridge and the entire computer controller. Resulting in spoiled food and crying toddler at 3am.
I am sorry you felt the need to leave this negative review. I won't respond with a negative response, even though I could. I wish you the best and better days to come. Some advice the next time you rent someones trailer take better care of it and respect other peoples property and if you damage something take responsibility. FYI, for readers of this review my trailer is very nice and sanitary.
